04:51 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said Thursday it has completed a public offering of about 9.1 million shares and warrants to purchase up to 9.1 million shares.

Gross proceeds from the offering totaled $16 million, the company said.

The offering was priced at $1.75 per combined share and warrant. The company granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional shares.
