XTI Aerospace Plans Public Offering; Shares Decline After Hours

05:38 PM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said late Thursday it plans a public offering of common shares and warrants with ThinkEquity as the placement agent.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, according to a statement.

Shares fell 18.7% during after-hours trading.
