XTI Aerospace Plans Securities Offering; Shares Down Pre-Bell Friday

04:17 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said late Thursday it plans a public offering of its common shares and warrants.

The company intends to use the net proceeds mainly for general corporate purposes.

XTI shares were down 26% in recent premarket activity Friday.
