09:37 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said Friday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2.94 million shares and warrants at $1.36 per unit, with expected gross proceeds of $4 million.

The company said the offering includes warrants with a five-year term and an exercise price of $1.36 per share.

XTI said it plans to use the proceeds from the offering, which is expected to be completed on Monday, for working capital, corporate purposes, and secured promissory note repayment.
