XTI Aerospace Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

11:36 AM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) said Wednesday it is now in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company said it has regained compliance as the closing bid price of its stock has been $1 per share or greater for more than 10 consecutive business days.

XTI Aerospace ( XTIA ) shares were down by more than 8% in recent trading.
