07:23 AM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xtract One Technologies ( XTRAF ) overnight Thursday said that it narrowed its loss for the fiscal third quarter, reflecting higher Platform revenue.

The company reported a fiscal third-quarter loss and comprehensive loss of $2.7 million, or $0.01 per share, narrower than a loss of $3.8 million, or $0.02 per share, a year ago.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $4.7 million, up from $875,396 in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from the Platform operating segment was $4.6 million for fiscal Q3, up from $802,559 a year ago. This reflects new business contracts and a greater number of installations.

Revenue for the Xtract operating segment was $98,224 in the quarter, up from $72,837 a year ago.
