Xtract One Technologies Raises $11.5 Million in a Bought-Deal Public Offering of Share Units

11:51 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xtract One Technologies ( XTRAF ) on Monday closed a bought-deal public offering of share units that raised $11.5 million including the full exercise of the underwriters over-allotment option.

The company sold underwriters 15.3-million units at $0.75 each an made up of a share and one-half of a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.95.

Proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate needs.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.03 to $0.70 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 0.70, Change: -0.03, Percent Change: -4.11
