Xtra-Gold Resources Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

10:31 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Xtra-Gold Resources ( XTGRF ) said Friday that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted its notice of intention to renew its stock buyback.

The company may buy back up to 4 million shares from March 18, for one year.

Under its previous normal course issuer bid, which ends on March 17, Xtra-Gold bought back 365,600 shares at an average purchase price of $3.06.

Xtra-Gold shares are down $0.02, to $3.26, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 3.26, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -0.61
