Yatsen Shares Slump After Q1 Loss Widens

02:01 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Yatsen Holding ( YSG ) shares fell 26% in recent Wednesday trading after the company reported a wider loss in Q1.

The Q1 non-GAAP loss of 0.78 renminbi ($0.11) widened from the loss of 0.24 renminbi a year earlier, the company said Wednesday.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected a loss of 0.55 renminbi.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to 773.4 million renminbi from 765.4 million renminbi.

The company expects Q2 revenue of 858.6 million renminbi to 901.5 million renminbi.

Price: 3.38, Change: -1.17, Percent Change: -25.80
