08:04 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yellow Pages (Y.TO) overnight Thursday said Chief Executive David Eckert will retire on July 15.

The company has appointed Sherilyn King as president, effective immediately. She will assume the role of chief executive upon Eckert's retirement. King, who has been with the company since 1996, was most recently senior vice president of sales, marketing and customer service.

Yellow Pages also announced that Chief Financial Officer Franco Sciannamblo has decided to leave the company.
