08:00 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Yelp (YELP) said Tuesday that it launched an artificial intelligence-powered assistant as part of its spring product update.

The new Yelp Assistant chatbot allows users to book a table or order a delivery, request service quotes, and schedule appointments through a single conversational interface, the company said.

Yelp said it also expanded booking integrations with Vagaro, Zocdoc and Calendly, extending scheduling features to categories including beauty, wellness, healthcare and professional services.

Yelp also enhanced its Menu Vision feature, which overlays photos and highlights popular items when users scan restaurant menus, and introduced an AI-powered support chatbot for advertisers, the company said.
