05:57 PM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Y-mAbs Therapeutics ( YMAB ) said Tuesday it signed a lease deal with Princeton 202 Associates to occupy about 10,817 square feet in Princeton, New Jersey.

The company plans to use the facility as its corporate headquarters following occupancy, which is expected in the first half of 2025, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The lease will expire 10 years and nine months following possession. The base rent payment due over the lease's initial term is estimated at $3.9 million, Y-mAbs said. The company has two five-year extension options, according to the filing.
