York Space Systems Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

York Space Systems (York), a modern defense prime built for speed and scale, today announced its filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

York intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “YSS.”

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as lead bookrunning managers for the proposed offering.

The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
