04:32 PM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- York Space Systems ( YSS ) reported a Q2 loss late Thursday of $0.31 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.25 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.17.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $92.5 million from $83.8 million a year ago.

Analysts expected $89.4 million.

The company lowered its 2026 revenue guidance to $375 million to $405 million from the previous outlook of $545 million to $595 million. Analysts expected $557.6 million.

Shares of the company fell 20% in after-market trading.
