York Water Launches Offering of Common Shares

05:08 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- York Water ( YORW ) said late Wednesday it launched a public offering of common shares.

The company said it will grant the underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
