Yorktel, a New Jersey–based global systems integrator and managed services provider, and Kinly, a leading AV and UCC integration firm headquartered in Amsterdam, today announced the completion of their merger.

The move brings together two trusted leaders in workplace technology to create a new global powerhouse in systems integration and managed services. Operating as Yorktel-Kinly, the company brings together complementary expertise and a shared legacy of innovation.
