05:23 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yorkville Acquisition Corp. ( YORKU ) said late Monday it has closed its initial public offering of 17.25 million units, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option, at $10.00 each.

Yorkville said it plans to use the proceeds to pursue a business combination with one or more businesses.

Trading in the units began Friday on Nasdaq.
