05:16 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yorkville Acquisition said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 apiece.
The company said it granted a 45-day overallotment option to the underwriter to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units, comprising one class A common share and one-third of a whole redeemable warrant.
The units are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under ticker YORKU on Friday, and each warrant entitles holders to buy one class A common share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share, the blank check company said.
The class A shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under tickers YORK and YORKW, respectively, once they begin separate trading. The offering is expected to close on Monday, subject to closing conditions, the company said.
