09:09 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yorkville Acquisition (YORK), Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) and Crypto.com said Tuesday that they signed a definitive business combination agreement to form Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, a digital asset treasury company focused on acquiring Cronos (CRO-USD), the native token of the Cronos blockchain.

The companies said the new entity will hold $1 billion in CRO, $200 million in cash, $220 million from warrant exercises and a $5 billion equity line from Yorkville affiliate YA II PN.

Yorkville Acquisition ( YORK ) will apply to change its Nasdaq ticker to MCGA ahead of the merger, with the new symbol transferring to Trump Media Group CRO Strategy upon transaction closing, the companies said.

Shares of Yorkville and Trump Media ( DJT ) were up 6.6% and 7.4%, respectively, in recent premarket activity.
