Young Turks: Here's a look at Kaleyra’s journey from Bengaluru to NYSE
Aug 1, 2019 11:19 AM

In 2009, Bengaluru-based engineering graduates Aniketh Jain and Ashish Agarwal stumbled upon their first startup idea while working on a college project. They set-up Solutions Infini a startup that helped offline sellers in businesses to keep in touch with customers via SMS, advertisements and promotions.

Seven years later, the duo found common ground again and joined forces with Italian IT and telecom services providers Ubiquity, a stint that ultimately led to the development of cloud communication platform Kaleyra.

The Koramangala-based startup is set for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and CNBC-TV18 caught up with the founding duo to decode the venture, the technology that they have built and get a status check on their listing.
