02:34 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- YPF Sociedad Anonima (YPF) shares were down more than 2% in recent Thursday trading after the company said overnight it swung to a Q4 loss and posted lower quarterly revenue.

The company reported a Q4 loss late Wednesday of $4.75 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $1.19 per share a year earlier. Analysts' estimates were not readily available.

Revenue for the quarter was $4.19 billion, down from $4.65 billion a year earlier.
