YSX Tech Prices $5 Million IPO

05:55 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- YSX Tech (YSXT) said late Tuesday it has priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million class A shares at $4 apiece.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 187,500 shares to cover possible overallotment, according to the company. It expects to close the offering Dec. 19.

YSX, which provides business solutions mainly for insurance companies and brokerages in China, said its shares will start trading on the Nasdaq on Wednesday.
