11:39 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- YSX Tech (YSXT) shares rose in their trading debut on Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million class A shares at $4 apiece.

The stock was up about 4.5% at $4.18 in recent trading after opening at $4.05.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 187,500 shares to cover possible overallotment, according to the company.

YSX, which provides business solutions mainly for insurance companies and brokerages in China, expects to close the offering Thursday.
