Yum! Brands CEO David Gibbs to Retire in Early 2026

07:33 AM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yum! Brands ( YUM ) said Monday its chief executive, David Gibbs, plans to retire in Q1 of 2026.

Gibbs has been Yum! Brands' ( YUM ) CEO since January 2020, and with the company for 36 years, the company said.

The board has formed a committee to oversee the leadership transition, with Gibbs remaining in place throughout the search, the company said.
