"The review will explore a range of strategic options while Pizza Hut continues to focus on near-term business imperatives," the company said.

Yum! Brands ( YUM ) said it has not set a deadline or timetable for completion of the options review and there is no assurance the review will lead to a specific outcome or transaction.
