Yum China Plans $510 Million of Share Repurchases in H2

07:58 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yum China ( YUMC ) said Thursday it has signed share repurchase agreements in the US and Hong Kong for a combined amount of about $510 million for H2 2025.

The agreements are effective July 1, the company said.

Yum China ( YUMC ) shares were up 3.2% in recent premarket activity.
