06:22 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yum China Holdings ( YUMC ) said Wednesday it plans to repurchase approximately an additional $270 million of its common stock during the remainder of 2025.

The buyback plan is expected to begin this Wednesday and is in addition to the previously announced $510 million stock buyback agreements for H2.

Shares of Yum China ( YUMC ) added more than 1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
