05:22 PM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- YXT.com Group ( YXT ) said late Wednesday it closed its initial public offering of approximately 2.3 million American depositary shares at $11 each on Monday for gross proceeds of about $25 million.

Each ADS represents three class A shares. Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to 340,950 additional ADSs, the company said.

The shares started trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the YXT ticker symbol Friday.
