08:35 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- YXT.com Group Holding said Friday it has priced its initial public offering of about 2.3 million American depositary shares at $11 each for a total offering size of about $25 million.

Each ADS will represent three class A ordinary shares of the technology company.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 340,950 additional ADSs.

The ADSs were approved to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market this Friday, under the ticker symbol, "YXT." The offering will close on Monday.
