07:55 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- YY Group ( YYGH ) said Wednesday it plans to establish a presence in Thailand through the acquisition of YY Circle Thailand, another platform which connects temporary laborers and companies.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

YY Group ( YYGH ) said it and YY Circle Thailand are seeking to reach a definitive agreement by June 2, the company said.

Jirapat Haetanurak is set to serve as country director while maintaining a 10% stake in YY Circle Thailand, the company said.
