05:59 PM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Andretti Acquisition ( WNNR ) , a blank-check company, said late Monday that the common stock of the company formed as a result of its planned merger with Zapata Computing is expected to list on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ZPTA ticker symbol.

Zapata, which develops generative artificial intelligence applications, agreed to merge with Andretti in September.

Andretti's ordinary shares, public warrants and units will continue to trade on the NYSE until the consummation of the business combination.
