03:23 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zedcor ( CRFQF ) has closed its bought deal private placement, raising $5 million in total. The company issued 5 million common shares at $1 each.

Zedcor ( CRFQF ) also completed a brokered private placement of 10 million common shares, at $1 each, raising another $10 million.

Net proceeds from the financings will be used to expand Zedcor's ( CRFQF ) fleet of MobileyeZ security towers to meet demand from its U.S. operations, and general corporate purposes.

ZDC was last seen down $0.02 or 1.6% at $1.20.
