06:35 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding ( ZK ) said Friday that the deadline for ordinary shareholders to elect their preferred form of merger consideration is confirmed for Dec. 5.

The company also confirmed that the deadline for its American depositary shareholders to elect their preferred form of merger consideration is Dec. 3.

Any shareholders who do not make a proper election by the deadline will have their shares exchanged into cash, the company said. The merger is expected to close on or about Dec. 29.

ZEEKR shares were up 1.7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
