09:20 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding ( ZK ) said Friday that deliveries of its first midsize electric SUV, Zeekr 7X, are set to begin in China by the end of September.

Deliveries of the five-seater SUV in the global markets will follow within a year, the company said.

The company said the vehicle's battery options are one with a driving range of 605 kilometers and a longer-range variant of 780 kilometers.

Shares of the company were up 3.7% in pre-bell activity Friday.
