ZenaTech Offers to Buy Virginia-Based Civil Engineering Firm

08:30 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday it has signed an offer to acquire a land survey and civil engineering firm with operations in the states of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The Virginia-based target company delivers land surveying, civil engineering, land planning and 3D imaging services to federal and state agencies, providing infrastructure services such as land surveys for highways and bridges, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company's shares were up over 8% in premarket activity Tuesday.
