ZenaTech Plans to Acquire Workforce Scheduling Software Company

09:08 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday it signed a letter of intent to acquire a workforce scheduling software company to develop quantum computing-based products.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said it plans to integrate quantum computing into its artificial intelligence drone and enterprise Software-as-a-Service products, aiming to support workforce management tasks such as scheduling and resource allocation.

The acquisition is expected to close by the end of January, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) added.

Shares of ZenaTech ( ZENA ) were up more than 9% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
