ZenaTech Signs Offer to Acquire Flight School, Aims to Build Team of Certified Pilots

09:22 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Thursday it signed an offer to acquire a Florida-based flight school certified by the Federal Aviation Authority.

The company said the acquisition will allow it build an internal team of professional pilots with Part 61 certification and qualified for complex Beyond Visual Line of Sight drone pilot operations.

Certified pilots will allow the company to take on specialized commercial contracts, as well as major US government and military contracts, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) CEO Shaun Passley said.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
