09:13 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday it signed an offer to acquire a southeast US warehouse and inventory management firm with long-term Department of Defense contracts.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The proposed deal is expected to add defense-related relationships and expand capacity to deliver the company's Drone-as-a-Service offering, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said.

The acquisition could also create opportunities to deploy its IQ Nano indoor drone for inventory management and logistics automation, the company said.

ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said it has completed eight acquisitions toward its goal of establishing 25 Drone-as-a-Service sites by mid-2026.
