08:37 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday it has signed an offer to acquire a UK-based 3D design and modeling company serving the telecommunications sector.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The potential acquisition provides transmission tower design, upgrade, and inspection services, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said.

The acquisition would mark ZenaTech's ( ZENA ) first expansion of its drone as a service business to the UK, the company said.

The acquisition target has long-standing customers and provides advanced 3D scanning, modeling, and design services, the company said.
