09:05 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday its ZenaDrone unit has submitted a green unmanned aerial systems application for its IQ Nano drone to enable its inclusion in the pre-approved procurement list for US defense and government buyers.

Green UAS certification is a requirement by government buyers that must have secure and non-Chinese systems, the company said.

Additionally, ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said it closed its sixth US land survey company acquisition, further consolidating its presence in the northwest area of Florida and adding more capacity to serve customers.

The IQ Nano drone is designed for indoor inspections and supports tasks like inventory management, facility maintenance and 3D indoor mapping, the company said.
