11:44 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire its first land survey company as part of drone-as-a-service strategy.

The identity of the firm acquired and financial details were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, the firm will become a part of ZenaTech ( ZENA ) unit ZenaDrone and will offer drones for land surveys in the Southeast US.

The company's shares were up nearly 11% in recent trading.
