08:57 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire Lescure Engineers, a California-based civil engineering and land surveying firm.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said the acquisition, which is expected to be completed by Friday, will expand the company's drone-as-a-service offerings to California's agriculture and viticulture sectors.

ZenaTech's ( ZENA ) shares were up more than 2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
