Zentek CEO Greg Fenton Steps Down

06:01 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zentek ( ZTEK ) said late Wednesday that its chief executive officer and director, Greg Fenton, has stepped down effective immediately.

The board has appointed CFO Wendy Ford as interim CEO while it begins the search for a new CEO, the company added.

Shares of Zentek ( ZTEK ) fell over 2.9% in after-market trading activity.
