04:47 AM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zentek ( ZTEK ) said late Monday it has agreed to issue and sell up to $30 million worth of shares through an at-the-market offering in the US.

The offering will remain in effect until sales of the shares reach $30 million, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for corporate purposes.
