05:14 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zeo Energy ( ZEO ) said late Thursday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission by May 15.

The company said it has until June 16 to submit a plan to regain compliance.

The shares were down more than 13% in after-hours activity.
