Zeta Global Prices Underwritten Public Offering of Common Shares

06:31 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zeta Global Holdings ( ZETA ) said late Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 13.2 million class A common shares at $23.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $204.9 million.

The company is offering about 8.7 million of its shares, while selling stockholder GPI Capital Gemini is offering about 4.5 million shares.

Zeta is offering the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to about 1.6 million additional shares, while GPI offered them an option to purchase up to an additional 396,000 shares.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close on Friday, will be used for general corporate purposes. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by GPI.

Shares of the company were down 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
