Zhibao Technology Closes $6 Million IPO

05:14 PM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zhibao Technology ( ZBAO ) said late Wednesday it has closed its initial public offering of 1.5 million Class A shares at $4 apiece for gross proceeds of $6 million.

The company said it granted its underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 225,000 shares.

Shares of the company, which started trading on Nasdaq Tuesday, were up about 2.4% in after-hours trading.

Price: 3.38, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +2.42
