04:57 PM EDT, 04/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zhihu ( ZH ) said late Friday the ratio of its American depositary shares to its Class A ordinary shares will change to one ADS representing three Class A shares from the current ratio of two ADSs representing one Class A share, effective May 10.

For ADS holders, the change will have the same effect as a one-for-six reverse ADS split, Zhihu ( ZH ) said.
