02:42 PM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ziff Davis ( ZD ) said Tuesday it issued $263.1 million in new 3.625% convertible senior notes due 2028 and paid roughly $135 million cash in exchange for $400.9 million of 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2026.
The exchange transactions were conducted through privately negotiated agreements with certain holders of the 2026 notes, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The new 2028 notes are convertible into cash, company stock, or a combination of both at the company's discretion.
Ziff Davis ( ZD ) shares rose more than 1% in recent trading.
