07:40 AM EST, 03/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ziff Davis ( ZD ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to sell its Connectivity division to Accenture ( ACN ) for $1.2 billion in cash.
The Connectivity unit provides fixed broadband, mobile, and Wi-Fi network design, intelligence, insights, testing, and incident detection services, the company said. Its brands include Ookla, Speedtest, Ekahau, Downdetector, and RootMetrics.
The company said it expects the deal to close in the coming months and that it plans to use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes, and to fund its capital allocation activities.
Shares of Ziff Daivs climbed by more than 46% pre-bell.
